Our Chef
Over the course of his career, Chef Marco has developed a passion for sustainably harvested food. In that time he has cultivated relationships with local farmers and family-owned vendors, which he brings to his position in the Valais region. Ultimately, his goal is to use his knowledge to prepare meals that are delicious but extremly healthy.
